A dedicated project team

Allmybanks is a program in SaaS mode offering intuitive ergonomics, simplifying its roll-out across all the entities of your group.

 

Following an initial study, a project manager is designated as your contact point, helping you through the project. Exalog then offers you two types of implementation: an autonomous implementation or support by our consultants.

 

Whichever form of support the customer requests, Exalog always favours a transfer of skills, which can take place through training sessions or by means of documentation made available to the software administrators.

Implémentation autonome

Practical training in how to use the program is carried out by our teams, allowing you to set up the software autonomously.

 

The project manager will review the progress towards implementation with you, and you will also have access to telephone assistance to finalise the set-up.

 

Additionally, video tutorials and implementation guides are available to you in the Allmybanks software.

Support as and when you need it

Exalog has strong experience in the implementation of international cash management solutions, and can therefore assist you in the partial or total installation of your project, depending on your objectives and resources.

 

You will then benefit from a personal support plan which allows you to retain the degree of autonomy that you require.
